  • UPDATE: 5/28/2020- Judge Kephart is in trouble again! Nevada Supreme Court determined Kephart's actions were "improper and judicially unbecoming" and noted "we conclude that the district court judge [Kephart] erred in retaliating against Williams."  In essence, Kephart sentenced Williams based on prejudice and not based on "legal reason."
